Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00 / Check-out: 8:00 – 10:00
Reservations are only possible upon payment of the entire rental amount.
Cancellation of reservation: In the case of cancellation of the reservation up to and including 8 days before the start of the relevant term, we offer a 100% refund of the value of the reservation, and for cancellation 7-3 days before the start of the term, we return 70% of the value. In case of cancellation of the reservation 2 – 1 day before the start of the reserved date, we do not offer a refund.
When making a reservation, the guest enters the number of ALL persons (adults + children). A maximum of 3 adults + children (under 15 years old) are allowed in each unit until the capacity is filled.
Children of all ages are welcome , but their age does not affect the price, as the rental prices are for the entire unit (apartment).
The number of children’s beds allowed depends on the option you choose. All children’s beds and extra beds are subject to availability.
Badminton and table tennis courts are available within the apartment complex – their use is possible only at your own risk .
Obligations of the guest: Guests are obliged to comply with the general conditions stipulated by the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and to observe the house rules of the facilities. The guest himself is responsible for any damage caused, especially if it would occur due to non-observance of the house rules and general conditions . Reimbursement of damage costs will be settled by the guest immediately, at the reception of the apartments or in another place ordered by the natural or legal person who suffered the damage. When making a reservation, the guest is obliged to study the general terms and conditions written on this site and, by continuing the reservation, accepts them in full.
Limits:
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
Payments and protection of personal data:
Tisa doo undertakes to protect the personal data of guests in such a way that it collects only the absolutely necessary basic data about customers that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers about the way the obtained data is used, allows them to choose about the use of their data for purposes, including the possibility of rejecting the inclusion of their name in the list used for marketing messages. All user data is strictly protected and is accessible only to employees who absolutely need this data to perform their work and provide services to customers. All employees and associates of Tisa doo are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
All payments will be made in EUR (€). In case of conversion, it is calculated by the bank with which the customer has an open account, according to the current exchange values.
Complaints Policy
The guest has the right to submit a written complaint or objection via e-mail or by post to the address specified in the contact information at the bottom of the website, within 15 days. Any legal disputes are resolved by the competent Court of the Republic of Croatia
